Not sure if we have an option to turn off the screen. But there's an option to reduce the brightness to 0, the keyboard shortcut for the same is FunctionKey+F9 on HP laptops. Pressing the combination once reduces brightness by 5%, so you need to press it 20 times to drop brightness from 100% to 0%.
