I have been using Instagram and it is quite accessible. It gives
description about photos, videos and memes. I am able to post my content on
it and also comment on my friend's pics.
The only drawback is its message box which is totally inaccessible

Hi gentleman, I am not pretty sure about Instagram as I don't use it but I
am pretty sure about the accessibility of Twitter and it is very much
accessible with talkback at least. Haven't tried using Twitter on laptop
but people generally say that it is accessible there as well.

I have a twitter and instagram handel. Sadly not tried on my laptop.
Insta is always used with Cited asistance. Twitter i generally use on
my phone
