Hello Respected Friends,
I am surprised to find that the DOPT has not issued the OM to the
Govt. Organisation till date. Whereas the Honorable SC has very
vividly given the verdict on 30 Jun.2016 regarding the reservation on
promotion for person with disability.
Have we taken any action on the
DoP&T had filed a review petitipn, which was also dismissed in December last
year.
