I have been using IE9 from the time when it was released with Jaws 12.
The latest built of Jaws supports it properly, so no issues as such.
Small problems might arise, but all is manageable.

As far as crome is concerned, use NVDA latest built and google crome
latest built. Google claims that it works with NVDA.
