Dear Learned bankers, After few months of delay my bank, Bank of Baroda has finally reduced home loan interest rate to 10.00 from 10.25%. However, it is hardly good news as the bank has told me that the tenure of the home loan will be reduced and not the due EMI. Therefore, I feel no real respite
