Yes! you can say like this. It is a machine, in which at the 1st time you have to register your fingers 3 time, and then, soon after, you can punch after entering and exiting from the office. We can also call it punching machine. It is not only in centrel government offices, but, also in samy

Even in delhi all government offices biometrics attendence is must, i am using in my office for past one year easily, telling blind and taking exumption is not good for blind comunity there is voice input in it, VH will find easy to put their attendence, so i request please do not take
