There is a clear circular in SBI not to deny personal loans to blind
customers. In my branch, a blind lady availed a personal loan while
another blind lady was the surety for the same. Both belonged to to
group D category employment.

Credit card is issued by SBI cards which has nothing to do with SBI.
If your salary is not as per their prescribed limit, FD is asked.
