When I pressed d having pressed alt + n and space bar, it announces
“this is the last element on the page”.
Only relevant option I get is “download all with free download
manager” as I have fdm installed on my pc.

You have one more option, copy the dropbox link and press the window
plus R, then search box will open, paist it there and hit the enter.
now your downloading will start. try this tric then revertback

Friend,
first hit enter into the dropbox link it will say redirecting there
hit alt tab ones and hit space you will reach the context menu there
you will get the option to download the file.
