Sometime ago, I got a chance to work on the BlackBerry device using a
screen reading app. The moment I activated it for the first time, my
phone became little sluggish. But after a while I was able to identify
the home screen icons using a synthetic voice.

I cannot compare BlackBerry and iPhone as both are different platforms,
