My friend today only booked tickets in Rajdhani and August Kranti
Rajdhani at the window. We are given 25% off instead of 75% concession
given for other trains.
Also note, this 75% discount is only given up to 3A 3 tier AC class,
if you go for 2 tier, then concession limits to 50% on non-rajdh
I am not sure whether the blind persons are provided with concession in
Rajdhani and shatabdi express?
could any one confirm on this?
