THE WORD DOCUMENT; PRESS INSERT + V; CHANGE THE FORMATTING SETTINGS BY
CHECKING THE 'SHADING' CHECKBOX; THEN CTRL + F FOR OPENNING THE 'FIND'

able to search for text based on colors.

I discovered somehow a way out; I don't know how far it works. open
the word document; press insert + v; change the formatting settings by
checking the 'shading' checkbox; then ctrl + f for openning the 'find'
dialogue : check the 'find all items' checkbox then 'more' button'
then keep pressing tab
try insert+alt+s and change the scheme. probbably this is the same
you are looking for.
