I am looking for an app specifically for scene recognition either by
scanning my surroundings or by sharing an image with it.

In my experience, lookout wasn't that accurate as well.
Anyway, which are the popular image recognition apps in Iphones.
How much are they accurate??

Google Lookout (for android), Envision AI (for both iOS and android),
Kibo (now available for both), Seeing AI (for iOS) are some of the
options. However, accuracy of image recognition is not very high. For
high accuracy needs, you can video call a volunteer through Be my eyes
