after reimaging.
I had deleted driver then scanned for new driver using internet.

I had another friend telling me a similar issue with their new laptop, if I
remember it correct then it was from HP as well. Try troubleshooting using
your sound settings, you will find an option to troubleshoot in there.
Most probably this issue should be resolved that with that.
Hello friends,
I got new HP laptop yesterday after reimaging I found some sound
issue. I can hear very little sound in headphone everything is ok with
sound volume. I couldn't listen anything when speaker but no sound.
I'm not satisfied with sound volume in headphone before reimaging
everything
