Sadly,
substitute app like telegram is not at all accessible in IOS environment.
Anyone if using this app; could you throw some light in this regards.

You might have to use a different app if you need more people in a
single group.
As Avichal, correctly suggested, you can use Telegram if you want a large
number of members in a single group.
