Hi, Any bank should give ATM on the day you open the account, HDFC is fairly accessible with firefox and IOS. Not sure about android. Insta ATM will not be having your name, and the other ATM which you will get only after 1week will have your name printed, I have used both but didn't come

I personally prefer SBI. Did you call customer care? You may be able place a request through customer care and card reaches your home and you can set pin online. Now-a-days, every bank provide kit instantly that includes debit card Other I bank I use is HDFC. Quite good. Regards,
