in m s outlook 2002 when you set new meeting you get two tabs in new meeting window. one of them is called attendee availability. in outlook 2003 same termed as scheduling. In this window everything is accessible with jaws except how to get the information like whether the attendee is busy, tentative, not schedule and so on. With jaws 7 it is not at all accessible but with jaws 8 and 9 they have come with new command control + shift + s to get this information in a virtual viewer. I am having jaws 7 and this information is critical while scheduling a meeting. So I want to know how to get this information? Are there any jaws scripts or way around to read this graphical part? Also please suggest any particular settings for m s outlook 2002 / 2003 for screen reader.
