I have seen some excel sheets in the past which announce the row 1 content
as column headers when you move between columns.
For example - If you move from cell B3 to C3, then the screen reader
announcement will be the value of C3 + the column heading which is

Hi, you have not mentioned which screen reader you are using but in nvda
you can press shift plus insert c for announcement of column heading and
shift plus insert are for announcement of rose.

Insert + shift + Alt + R/C
