Whatever short codes specified in your email message, are not accessable from
MTNL' Landline, WLL and GSM services in Mumbai. Is there any 8 or 10 digit
access for this service?
Does 1256 works from all BSNL Landlines, WLL and GSM networks in all the
circles?
