hi,
I seems to find the solution for it.
try this if it works for you.
while in the excel, press insert+v, then type define
and hit enter on the option that comes and make the following changes:
define name and collom and row title overright for all file set it to
on for all files
and then title r
if you are using NVDA, then go to column heading place and press
insert+shift+c for setting that column as column header.
then press insert+shift+r for setting as row header.

that has a huge data and If I'm in colomn f and 126th row and I want
to know what is the name of the colomn in which I'm without moving the
focus from where I am?
In that case I tried the solution given by siddhi b
Dear Sunil,
I guess, first you will have to go to quick settings (ins+v). Then
turn the `define name columns and row titles overwrite` on. Then, go
to `set column titles to row range`. Remember, keep your cursor's
focus on that particular row containing column titles.
Hope this helps.
Sincerely
Hi everyone,
Can anyone please recall the excel setting that enable the colomn header
