Is there any special G.o.s for the blind working men to attend sports & games with salary. My friend is working as an commerce lecturer in Government arts college, represented twice in the international level spoets events, took part in "discus throw". But his college management marked as "loss of pay". So he needs your guidance to get that money & some additional UGC ariers on those days.
