Hi It seems that there was a notification/circular/guidelines/order or some communication sometime in 2010 which prohibited/banned/stopped/disallowed cataract surgeries in mobile vans. Now it seems that this rule has been slightly diluted. Anyone connected with Program for Prevention of Blindness may know something about this. Please help
