I have to order one graphite cane with rolling ball tip for myself,
and to the best of my knowledge they are not available in India. In
such a case, U.S. is my choice for ordering the same.
I have spoken with Able Data people, and will be speaking with AFB and

Most of what the manufacturers say about repair and shipping is useless
since you will get a new cane for the cost of shipping it back to them for
fixing. Get the right length. Tips can be changed if you are willing to pay.

Ambutech. Durability is an important factor to consider. See whether
you can get one or two extra rolling-ball tips and it is generally
