Is your Paytm kyc all updated?
I have a very bad experience using google pay for recharges, there is some
issue with the service itself not aan accessibility issue. If u happen to
face the same better go with amazon pay for recharges and it is also giving
cashbacks on recharges.

I had some balance amount in my paytm wallet, about Rs. 700 or so. I can't find
it in the app. When I tried to recharge from the balance amount, it was not
available. I had to recharge it from the associated bank account.
I am actually thinking of uninstalling paytm as google pay is more
