your messege is not clear. so far I could make out from your msg is
that you have some confusion about assistant professor and teacher.
an Ast. Prof. is also a teacher and as an Ast. Prof. you are entitled
to the research grant from UGC.

What I could get from your message that you have received some grant
and you want to buy something. If I am right then please let me know
how much money you have got. Only then we will be able to tell you
something. The second thing is what subject you teach.
