Srinivas, Once you log on to someone's computer using team viewer then
all the keyboard commands are relaid to the computer which you are
controlling. In order to control a computer through team viewer, you
need jaws installed on the computer which you want to control.

I'm not very sure with teamViewer. However if you need to access
someone's computer who uses jaws, then u can take his system on remote
using jaws tandem.
I've used it myself, it works like a charm!
