Is there any reservation qouta available for booking tickets in Trains / Busses
for VI Persons. If so, How may seats aloted for Sitting / sleeper / Other
classes in Trains.
Is this also applicable for escorts.
And what is the procedure for availing that.

ground that 3percent quota will be implemented purely on department basis.
since there are only 10 seats per each department, the university says it
is impossible to reserve
