One suggestion that I have seen floating around on here is to visit during
the weekdays, as that somehow tends to enable greater accessibility, for
whatever reason. Thought it was a very good piece of advice so thought
would pass it along.
P.S. Not from Delhi, so honestly can not be of much help in
My friend willing to visit Delhi alone which places he cover alone and
Delhi he is a blind person he does not visit Delhi anytime so any
