Dear Friends, Greetings from DIVYA JYOTHI CHARITABLE TRUST for the Disabled MYSORE. DIVYA JYOTHI CHARITABLE TRUST for the disabled organizes cultural Programmers to provide an opportunity to our differently abled children and youths to exhibit their talents each year. This time as well, DIVYA JYOTHI CHARITABLE TRUST is organizing a State Level cultural program on the 15th Feb, 2015. We are expecting 100 Visually persons to participate in different Events ,This would create an opportunity for the differently abled to come under one roof and exhibit their special talents in front of the public and media. It would also give the differently abled children a platform to express and show their talent and skills in front of a huge audience/media, thus boosting their morale and building their self-confidence.
We request all of you to be a part of the unique programme and make this event a grand success. Please go through the instructions and register the names of the participant's team. Registrations are open between 10 A.m. to 5 P.M. by calling to 0821-2510129 or Nagaraj9620830020 Last date for registration 7th February, 2015. Kindly send the participants team for the events at the earliest. Food and accommodation is available with allowance and cash prices and trophies. Programs and activities The details of the cultural Programme Chief Guest's inaugural program at 9 A.M Followed by Cultural program 10 AM to 5 PM Closing ceremony program around 5 P.M Types of Events Patriotic songs, Folk songs Laavani songs (Participants should participate in all events as a team of at least 4 members and maximum of 15 members in a team and music instruments facility is not available however if you wish you can bring on your own) Important notice: * Food, accommodation and allowance will be given to each and every team. * There must be at least 4 members and maximum 15 members in a team. * All the above events must be included in one team of at least 4 members and maximum 15 members. * Each team can bring only 2 escorts and only for escorts travel allowance is paid (TA). * Accommodation is available in Youth Hostel, Mysore, from Saturday, 14th February, 2015 10 A.M to Monday, 16th February, 2015 10 A.M. * Only dinner is provided on Saturday, 14th February 2015 and there is no Brake fast and lunch on the same day. And at any cost, participants must vacate the accommodation on Monday, 16th February 2015 within 10 A.M. * Last date to registration is 7th February, 2015.
