Hi Friends, Has anyone had any success with hearing the status of the Safely Remove Hardware notification after trying to eject a hard drive?
Under Windows 7 I used to hear something like "It is now safe to remove the device" or "Device is in use" Etc. Not exactly those words but something very similar. But in Windows 10 I just hear a short musical jingle but not sure what was the message. When I check the system notifications with Jaws (Insert Space bar followed by N), other notifications from the past show up but nothing from the safely remove hardware wizard. Any thoughts will be welcome. By the way, Windows 11 is trash! You can't even create a shortcut key for an App without actually putting it on the Desktop, which seems more clunky than it was in Windows 10! And I still love Windows 7 because, well, most things just work nicely for music production people like me. Anyway there I go rambling again! Please remember why I wrote this mail in the first place in case you have some thoughts! <LOL> Kind regards to all. Yamuna Jivana Dasa -- Disclaimer: 1.
