Dear Vikram, Please visit www.saksham.org. From there you can download the zip file containing talk software. Subsequently you may contact them on phone and request them for the required license. You can make online payment or make payment thru cheques / DD after talking to them. After receipt of payment they will issue you the required TALK license which you can register manually. It fairly simple and hassel free.
