Friends
Does anybody happen to have norms of ministry of ministry of human resources
about age relaxation to reserved categories applicable to national
institutes/autonomous bodies?
Here, in Nagpur, VNIT is denying age relaxation to persons with disabilities in
faculty recruitment through opaque and arbitrary process.
So, I urgently require those norms to make them understand the matter.
Though DoPT OM clearly mentions it, it may not sufficient for national
institutes who deem themselves outside government control.
That's why I have always advocated extension of enforceability of fundamental
rights to non governmental players.

Anyway, If anybody could supply me or point me to relevant norms, I would
grateful.
I cannot seem to locate them on their site.

With thanks and regards
