Friends, Recently I was contacted for solving a vague problem with hotmail.com.
User is having two Hotmail mail IDs. One opens with URL https// blu179.mail.live.com. This s is very accessible with JAWS with clean and simple user interface. Other mail id is opening with https// outlook.live.com/owa where JAWS speaks application region, etc. but not much accessible for the user. In my analysis I found that one ID was not upgraded to outlook.com/owa but other got auto upgraded. There is a light version option to enhance accessibility and few setting changes To give solution to the user I documented a file 'USING A SCREEN READER WITH OUTLOOK ON THE WEB AND OUTLOOK.COM'.
