Respected team , myself CHANDAN BHATTACHARYA a low vision category student with 50 % disability . I have passed Bmtech in Automobile ENGINEERING. Willing to persue for the M.Tech in same field from Germany. Kidly help me to get the national overseas scholarship and gyide me to apply for the scholarship and how to apply for the admission process . I dont have concept clarification.
