Our friend Pankaj Sinha was a lawyer in that matter.
May be, the matter hasn't reached the appropriate higher-ups?
Since, now they are talking about technology and modernization, its
the apportunity for all of us to give that much required push and it
may be implimented while doing all
The basic problem with this Ministry is that they have not been
receptive to the need of concessional booking in e-ticketing facility.
Who was the lawyer involved in that petition against Railway Ministry
wherein Delhi High Court said that you need to implement this
facility? Possibally, a prayer
There was no mention about online booking with concessions. I think we should
closely talk to someone at Railways and IRCTC. At least lets start sending

digital charts, etc., but will have to wait and watch about the
accessibility of the same. There are provisions for wake up call,
arrival alert, etc.
