Vaishnav and Srujana are a part of team of researchers from India. We are a team of researchers attempting to understand how people with visual impairments in India experience the financial landscape in the country. We would love to speak with you about your experiences with the banking system in the country and its inaccessibilities. We are interested in your experiences with physical banking, challenges you experience with bank visits and you workaround those challenges. If you use digital banking we would love to hear about that too! Finally, we are interested in how you handle payments in general and reasons for the same. We also would like to hear from you about what changes could help better the banking system and how that would work. Also, we are keen on hearing from more women about their experiences. We hope to take the information from you, summarize our findings and share it with the rest of the visually impaired community in the country.
