It's not portable reader, it is just the software.
Plus I think there may be another problem, this reader is to be released

United states of America, we are not sure if it is available out of US.

I meant the hand held device which has a camera and OCR along with a
TTS. It is available for nearly 2000 ddollars the last time I checked.
