keycommand twice to access the accessibility help.

As we know very well, VSCode is the appropriate IDE for python programming.
But, There are some accessibility challenges in using VSCode.
Is anybody is using it full fledged with screen readers.
I am in need of using the same with screen readers such as JAWS & NVDA.
