Hi, after tirelessly trying for 3 days, somehow I am able to fill the
form for my sister. In order to avoid traffic, I advice you to fill
the form in the early morning. Kindly use Mozilla Firefox. UGC website
is not running smoothly. I have never seen such worst website in my
life.

I wonder, how UGC official claimed in The Hindu today
That site is working smoothly.
I am also one of the aggrieved applicant☺
I don't know, when I will overcome the bad habit of filling forms at
the last minute.
But one ray of hope I can share with yu.
Last date of online submission has
Friends since last three or four days UGC website for filling up the
Net form is not responding even in wee hours. Any solution how to fill
the form, since the last date is about to reach on second of May.
