Hi dear all! Hope everyone is enjoying monsoon up to its best!
For my study purposes, I usually have to scan books almost on daily basis. Often times, in spite of using best of the technology available, quality of scanned material does not live up to the expectations, and even becomes Un readable, especially, when the book which is scanned is of poor quality. In those circumstances, I have to perform a vigorous task of editing. As we all know, manually editing a document is a tedious and time consuming process. It consumes considerable amount of my study time, which otherwise could be more productivily employed for my studies. Most of the times, I heavily rely upon textanalyzer feature of jaws12, however, as far as I know, it too only helps in identifying and locating the errors of the text, and leaves on the users to correct them. So, would like to know, is there any option, or perhaps, some reliable utility, which is capable of detecting following inconsistencies from the text document, and correcting them automatically? 1 Extra spaces between two words, 2 Unintentional format changes, (corrections of only extreme format changes are expected), 3 Automatic detection and correction of most commonly used misspelled words, (only correction of most basic words are expected), 4 Stray or unspaced punctuations. Won’t mine sparing some money on this, so, paid options can also be considered. Any input in this regard will be highly appreciated! With best regards! Sachin patel.
