The issue is I don’t use screen reader on PC as my hearing loss is very
high .instead I use a magnifying software zoom text.

If screen reader speech can enable you to use a computer, a mobile is
pretty much the same; rendering speech output via a screen reader.
Additionally, although I am unaware of your hearing impairment level,
there are a few people on Eyes
My hearing as well as vision disability does not allow me to use a mobile .
is there a waY apps for news and ecommerce apps can be used on pc
