I want to ask all the members that Is ticket is booked via internet or not ?
If yes how is the process to book it? I have information
that senior citizens can book their tickets via internet , then why we not? So
we should try for this and do talks with railway regarding this matter?

I appreciate the concern raised by one of our members. It's a real issue
needs to address in proper perspective especially in this era of high tech
globalisation. IRCTC claims to be raising its service levels on netbooking
by announcing several schemes such as E-ticketing, I-ticketing, SMS bookin
Somebody told me that you can book the general ticket and claim the
concession later. But I never verified it.
