How to copy audio CD to hard disk?
Through windows media player, maybe?
I cannot seem to accomplish it.
It says only shortcuts would be copied, and you have to insert removable drive
to play the files...
Guidance, please?

I always play such audio CD in real player try to press tab you'll
find, copy this CD in to MP3 and other format. then you can convert it
from there.

Sir,
Asuming you're using mediaplayer which comes with xp.
1. Insert the CD
2. select option play with windows media player
3. pause the track to avoid disturbance
4. keep pressing the tab and find copy media from CD.
5. Here press copy media from CD button.
6. check
the default settings.
in "my music", a new folder would be created titled, "unknown album".
In this folder all the ripped music should be available.
