this happened on Mumbai railways over bridge, even sometimes on the
bridges staircase, where I accidently stepped over a dog. The dog
growled towards me, but some how forgive me. Other then this on
railways platform they have bitten several of my blind friends

The other day, a dog was sitting literally inside the building near the
entrance.
Luckily, I had a friend with me who told me about it.
Sometimes dogs also come in class room.

In Delhi, the problem has gained epic proportions in DU (both the
university departments and affiliated colleges) and JNU.
I can vouch for this as I have been a part of both these universities
and have survived dog bites on multiple occasions by sheer luck.
