It says that Dubai ruler Sheikh Muhammad Al Maktoum is launching an initiative 
to provide treatment to all types of blindness and partial blindness to one 
million patients with financial difficulty.  The initiative pays for travel and 
accommodation for the patient and a companion, and full treatment in Dubai for 
patient.
Applicants must send the following documents:
1.    Photocopy of patients passport with the word "PATIENT" written on it + 
personal photo.
2.    Photocopy of companion's passport with the word "COMPANION" written on it 
+ personal photo.
3.    Full and comprehensive and officially-certified medical report of the 
patient.
4.    Phone number where the patient, or guardian, may be contacted.
5.    All documents must be mailed to:

 The initiative is open to all people from all races, ethnicities, religions, 
or origins and is only intended for the sake of Allah (SWT).  
Applications will be reviewed by specially set up board, and selected 
candidates will be directly contacted.  
No fees are charged and all expenses will be covered by Shaikh Al Maktoum 
including travel, accommodation, treatment, and return.
