Last December Maharashtra adopted good guidelines for scribes however these
were not implemented throughout the country and many of you did get the benfit
but others had to live with your existing guidelines.

Some of you remembered things after the guidelines were passed and some of you
never had the opportunity to express yourself.

I had mentioned in one of my mails at that time that I am sure we will have to
review these guidelines based on experience. The opportunity has come and we
are now trying to draft the guidelines for the country.
On 18 October we have a hearing before the Disability Commission.
1. I need to have your feedback on what has been the reaction to the
Maharashtra Guidelines. Some of you did use these guidelines.
2. How can we improve these guidelines
3. How do we tailor these Guidelines to be applicable to all exams/tests
of course you may write to me privately at
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Thanks for the effort which will help draft the final guidelines.
