While the initiative of the Venu Institute is highly commendable,
surely we are just scratching the surface here, when it comes to
programming becoming a recognised and sought after profession by the
blind.

How hard would it be, to take these courses online, so that far more
people could attend? Online classrooms exist, where recording is
easily possible, so training institutes can easily make electronic
copies of the lectures, enhancing their libraries.

What is the experience of blind people with online education? Is the
transition from face-to-face to online an easier one for blind people,
for whom the difference between having the teacher in the room and
not, should be less?

Would there be interest in a weekly skillshare kind of online
gathering, where we collect what people want to learn, and what people
are willing to teach, and try to match the two?
