The key of the dialog for setting BIOS depends on the hardware system
not on installed windows.
Did you tried by pressing the delete key repeatedly immediately
pressing the computer switch.
It must be done quicker to logging of windows starts.
If not tried earlier, Try by pressing the delete k

in my office my friend has a very old computer running windows xp
which is fully corrupted.
after login a program userini.exe opens and if I close even if I press
windows d the desktop won’t be shown.
so even if I have to I cannot format the computer.
