The new interface of rechargeitnow.com
is accessible, I have used it yesterday also. It is not the best
design in terms of accessibility, but you can use it with jaws without
any sighted help whatsoever. What exactly was the problem that you
faced there?

paytm has problem with some payment gateway. please try to use your debit
card with another recharge site. if not working, then recheck your debitcard
verification with visa.
