Hello friends,
It is possible to write for late blind person,isn't it? of course, such problem
is created going up and down while writing. so is there any special devise for
solveing this problem? or if anybody has other idea, please suggest me.

What I use today after loosing vision at the age of 27, is that I stuck
cotton
canroll down one line.
This makes the paper a bit untidy with the paper crease running throughout
the page.

can write inside them. These are of limited size, so I used to take
