jaws will say ur gmail user name, just press enter u can see the edit
box, just type the password, and press enter to login
in case, if u do not wish to have ur gmail user name on the login
page, just click on remove account name

Hi friends i am facing problem while opening my gmail id by my laptop

insted of giving edit box.

To revert back to html, do the following:
1. Open an e-mail message.
2. Click the link: "view as html".

you are right
but jaws 9 practically support gmail only for settings some times
other wise we have to change it to basic mode as usual
